FIBER BOARDS
The life of the jacquard harness depends on the wear time of the fiber board. Product quality and process precision are the two issues we care about most.
The fiber boards are precisely drilled with special equipment to extend the working life of the harness cords and provide the least friction.

HARNESS CORDS
Harness cords are manufactured exclusively of high-tenacity Polyester. They are antistatic, abrasion
resistant and thermo fixed.
To improve the anti-static capacity of the cord, a carbon filament is braided in the cord. Available in different colors.

DELRIN GUIDING BOARD
It is aimed to extend the life of the harness by using special counterbore techniques in the production stage of the guiding boards produced with different raw material options specific to each Jacquard model.
